TRIGGERED! What next? BT do a review and see that we haven't entered M Mouse too many times, then they review the exchange from a technical point of view and give us a Ready For Service date, once we have the date we can order broadband from whomever we like. These dates currently run from June to December for recently triggered exchanges. This review can take three weeks. I will update the pages on the website to explain the process over the next few days Thanks to:
Who spent the weekend knocking on doors enabling us to reach the trigger this afternoon.
"Not Spots" If you find that when you try to order ADSL that BT say you are too far from the exchange, more than 6 km per the cable run, then please let me know, with my Oxfordshire Broadband hat on I have solutions for these areas.
